Behold the Lord

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. – Romans 12:2

Inside, you're perfect—born again in the image of Jesus Himself. But outwardly do you find yourself falling frustratingly short of that perfection? Is there a solution? Yes! The secret lies in "the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2 tells us that, if you'll renew your mind, you can actually be "transformed." That word transformed is translated from the Greek word from which we get the term metamorphosis. It's used in Scripture in two other places. One of those places is when Jesus was transfigured on the Mount as He spoke with Moses and Elijah. The other is found in 2 Corinthians 3:18. It says, "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." Changed, transformed, transfigured! Those are powerful, exciting words, and they describe what will happen to you as you spend time beholding the Lord in the Word and in prayer. As you spend time renewing your mind, your outer being will be transformed in much the same way as a caterpillar is changed into a butterfly. Instead of conforming to the image of the world, you'll begin to conform to the image of the reborn spirit within you which is created in righteousness and true holiness. Take time to get away from the world and study God's Word. Meditate on it and let it change you from the inside out. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind and release the beautiful spiritual butterfly that's living in you!

For me, investing in real estate was a topic I first learned about from my rich dad and I knew at a young age that I wanted to make this a part of my wealth-building strategy. It all started when I found a tiny, one-bedroom, one-bath condo in Lahaina, Maui, the world famous beach resort. The condo was priced at $18,000. Not having any money, I used my credit card to finance the 10 percent down payment of $1,800.

In other words, I used 100 percent debt to buy the property. Even though I was leveraged 100 percent, which I do not recommend even though I did it, I was netting approximately $20 a month positive cash flow after all expenses and debt were paid. At the age of 27, I owned a condo in Waikiki, in which I lived, and a condo in Lahaina, which I rented. My real estate investing career was launched.

If investing in real estate is truly a passion, keep moving forward, first with little steps, small investments, and then progress to bigger steps. As your experience and confidence grow with each success-and yes, even with the setbacks-you will get closer and closer to that big goal because you had passion.

One of my best apps email apps on my iPhone debuts on Android Call it the fastest email app around: no flattery! Personally I don’t joke with email apps on my smart phone. I like the way they optimize time and increase my productivity. I necessarily wouldn’t like to prescribe an email app for you but that doesn’t mean I’m not proud of my love for the Email by EasilyDo. The only limitation I did suffer with this app previously was that it was just for iOS. But now things have changed. The Email by EasilyDo jollification has now be judiciously extended from iOS to android. And it exactly repeats the same things

Another blow to the masses:HTC will no longer make cheap phones in 2017 The company is greatly slashing down on low entry-level devices Why is it always the masses suffering? When a cup of rice goes to N170, it is the masses that suffers it, when fuel goes to N300, it is still the masses, it is not like I want to go political though but the fact obviously remains that the masses are the punching bag of the economy.
