So when you fall sick, don’t try to play the doctor role, seek a Professional Doctor’s advise and instructions.

When you are always getting broke, don’t just assume you know why, seek a millionaire’s [financial advisor’s] advice and instruction.

When you want to buy a house or land [property], do not assume you know better, seek a property manager to advise and assist you in buying[investing into] that property. There are ways but there is always a Better way!

When your car has fault, don’t pretend to be an instant mechanic, prevent an unwanted accident by seeking a trained mechanic. For these guys all dedicated years to learn these profession so why do you think you can do in one hour what took professionals seven years to master. Hmmm ! Be wise and be willing to hire professionals so your life can be sweeter and sweatless.

The list goes on and on…… the fact is assumption had always been the Mother of Frustration and her grand children had always been colossal failures.

A neighbour shared an interesting life encounter with me which I believe you would benefit from. He said, ‘ I always connect and reconnect all electric faulty wires in my house, that is, I never wanted to call electrician to fix any electrical faults in my apartment, thinking it was a waste of fund and time. But one fateful day, in the process of connection, the wires spark out a huge light from the naked wire on my face. All I could remember was the spark! When I opened my eyes, I was on the hospital Bed. And I was told the place I was, caught fire and I was draged out and rushed to the hospital. The cost I was trying to avoid, was spent times ten in the hospital.
